Jeffery Paul Morrison

Funeral Services for Jeffery Morrison, 54, Cordell resident will be held 1:00 P.M., Wednesday, December 29, 2021, in the Cordell New Beginnings Church, officiated by Mike Southerland. Burial will conclude in the Lawnview Cemetery in Cordell, OK under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home. Jeffery Paul Morrison was born August 10, 1967, to Eleanore (Val Lance) Morrison in Brazil, IN and passed away Tuesday, December 21, 2021, in the Oklahoma University Medical Center in Oklahoma City, OK. Jeffery was raised in Cordell and graduated from the Cordell High School in 1987. He also attended Butcher School at the Burns Flat Vocational Technology School. He has worked as a carpenter for several years with Dash Leonard and Buddy Larue. He is a member of the New Beginnings Church in Cordell, OK; he never met a stranger; he enjoyed fishing, football especially Oklahoma University and the Dallas Cowboys, watching fishing channel on television, working on Harley Davidson Motorcycles and hanging out with family and friends. He loved being with his grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his aunts, Coleen, Elsie, and Bernice; nephew, J.W., Uncle’s Walter Trent and Kenneth Trent, Sr. and Junior Val Lance. He is survived by his significant otherer, Lori Henderson, of the home, daughter, Riley Meyers, Duncan, OK; son, Dallas Morrison, Cordell, mother, Eleanore Morrison, Cordell and sister Lavonne Morrison, Chickasha, OK. He is also survived by three grandchildren, Eleanore Katherine Marie Morison, Mallory Michelle Meyers and Lucus Meyers and a host of cousins and other family and friends.
