Funeral Services for Jeremy L. Dawson, 44, Clinton resident will be held 2:00 P.M. Monday, October 15, 2012 in the Kiesau Memorial Chapel, officiated by Rev. William Jenkins, Jr., and under the direction to the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home. Jeremy Leon Dawson was born January 12, 1968 to Ronald L. and Elizabeth Robertson (Boyd) Dawson in Dunoon, Scotland and passed away late Friday, October 12, 2012 in the AMG Specialty Hospital in Edmond, OK. Jeremy moved to the United States at about six months old with his parents. He was raised in Clinton and attended Clinton Schools graduating in 1984. He enlisted with the Army Reserve right out of high school and served for six years. He was married to Shawn Lydell Johnson on December 23, 1995 in Clinton. They have made their home in Clinton and raised their children in Clinton. He was employed with the Cotton Oil Mill, U.S. Mail Service for over 10 years and was presently employed with the Custer County District #1 as a heavy equipment operator. He enjoyed the outdoors, fishing and camping as well as building models and doing woodwork. He was preceded in death by his father and mother. He is survived by his wife, Shawn, of Clinton, a daughter, Michelle Dawson, Weatherford and a son, Matthew Dawson, Clinton; sister, Catherine Bruner and husband, Scott, Weatherford, and brother, Stuart Dawson and wife, Heidi, Clinton and a grandchild, Kaiedyenn Dawson.
