Graveside Services for Jesse Hyman, 84, former Elk City resident will be held 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, November 11, 2020 in the Silent Home Cemetery in Strong City, OK, officiated by family and under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home. Jesse N. Hyman was born April 17, 1936 to John and Lula Ethel (Hill) Hyman in Strong City, OK and passed away Sunday, November 8, 2020 in the Great Plains Medical Center in Elk City, OK. Jesse's mother passed away when he was 6 months old, so he went to live with his Uncle and Aunt (Albert and Ola Hubbard) in Elk City. Jesse was raised in Elk City and was drafted into the Army before he graduated from High School. After his military service, he returned back to Western Oklahoma and began a career with Kelly Milk Distribution. It later was sold to Hiland Milk Distributors and he worked there with them until his retirement. Most recently, Jesse became a resident at River Valley - previously known as Grace Living Center. He is preceded in death by his parents, his aunt and uncle that raised him, and brothers, Herman, Lloyd, Elvis, David, Raymond, Kenneth and Melvin. He is survived by his brother, Harold Hyman, Clinton and several nieces and nephews.
