Jessie Marie Burgard

Memorial services for Jessie Marie (Kisinger) Burgard, have been set for 10:00 A.M. Friday, July 31, 2015, at the First Church of God in Clinton, with Greg Hill officiating, and under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home. Burial will follow later in the Arapaho Cemetery. Marie was born December 7, 1929, in Foss Ok., to Hazir and Jessie (Hicks) Kisinger, and passed away late Monday, July 27, 2015, at the Angelwood assisted living center, in Clinton, Oklahoma. Marie was raised in Butler, attended schools in Butler, then moved to Clinton, and waitressed several places, and later she was employed by the Clinton School systems in the cafeteria at the Middle School and the High School, until she retired in 1988. She Married Stephen Burgard on October 10, 1966, in Minot, North Dakota. She was a member of the First Church of God in Clinton. She enjoyed knitting, quilting, sewing, and liked to play Cards. She was preceded in death by both parents, her husband in 1993, and 1 sister, Margaret Fawver, and one brother, Edward Kisinger. She is survived by a son Don Burgard and his wife Chris, of Clinton, a Sister Sue Bloodworth, of Clinton, a Brother, Don Kisinger and wife Betty, of Arapaho, and 3 grandchildren, Avery, Abby, and Anniston.
