A Mass of Christian burial will be held for Jesus Gutiérrez, 70, Clinton, OK resident will be held 10:00 A.M., Thursday, August 7, 2014 in the St. Mary's Catholic Church in Clinton, OK, officiated by Father Thomas Paduto. Burial will follow in the Clinton Cemetery under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home. A rosary will be held 7:00 P.M., Wednesday, August 6, 2014 in the St. Mary's Catholic Church Jesus Gutierrez was born May 6, 1944 to Thomas and Ignacia (Ortiz) Gutierrez in Durango, Mexico and passed away Friday, August 1, 2014 in the Integris Clinton Regional Hospital in Clinton, OK. Jesus was raised in Mexico where he attended school. He had worked doing day and farm labor. He moved to the United Stated of America in 1970. He traveled extensively living in several states and working many jobs. He settled in Clinton, Oklahoma in 1979. He worked at Collins and Aikman Factory, did cotton farm labor and he worked for Bar S Food for 15 years before retiring in 2009. He is a member of the St. Mary's Catholic Church, he enjoyed working with horses and spending time in the kitchen cooking with his wife. He was preceded in death by his parents, and a brother, Tobias. He is survived by his wife, Adelina (Orozco) Gutierrez, of the home six daughters, Ma Francisca Gutierrez and husband, Efrain Quezada Barrios, of Mexico, Maria and husband, Pedro Solis, of Oklahoma City, OK, Monica, of Clinton, OK, Maria De Jesus, Clinton, Alba and husband, Rodrigo Velasquez, of Clinton, OK, and Adelena Orozco and husband, Jose Garcia, of Clinton, his sons, Roberto Gutierrez and wife,. Mayela, of Oklahoma City, OK and Jose, of California; two sisters, Eva Gutierrez Ortiz and husband Cristoforo Nunez, and Lucina Gutierrez Ortiz, both of Mexico; two brothers, Hugo, of South Bend, IN and Pedro and wife Cristina, of Clinton a sister in law, Maria Orozco Santoyo, of MX. He is also survived by 33 grandchildren including Roberto Gutierrez of Clinton and 10 great- grandchildren.
