Graveside services for “Pebbles” Whitetail, 57, Clinton resident will be held 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, August 31, 2021 in the Clinton Indian Cemetery, officiated by Pastor Gerald Panana under the direction of the Kieasau-Lee Funeral Home. A wake Service will be held 6:00 P.M., till 8:00 P.M., Monday, August 30, 2021 in the Kiesau Memorial Chapel. Jo Ella Margaret Whitetail “Pebbles” aka Joanne Margaret Cantwell was born October 7, 1963 to Fred Lerayne Whitetail and Margaret Whitecrow in Clinton, OK and passed away Thursday, August 26, 2021 in the Alliance Clinton Health Emergency Room. “Pebbles” was adopted by Eric and Ruby Cantwell and was raised in Florida and New York as well as Clinton, OK. She attended High School in Pensacola, FL before returning to Clinton where she graduated from high school in 1983. She has worked at the Lucky Star Casino in the Maintenance Department. She was a member of the Life Abundant Church (formerly Clinton Indian Pentecostal Church); she enjoyed visiting the elderly at the nursing homes and spending time with her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, and sister, Sue Morris. She is survived by four daughters, Nova Washa, Clinton, KC Warledo, Alexis Warledo, and Ashley Warledo, all of Weatherford; three sisters, Anosta Horn, Jusdine Cantu and Maynoma Curtis; three brothers, Marcus Horn, Homer Whitetail and Charles Whitetail “Big Chuck”. She is also survived by seven grandchildren Eternity Washa, Genesis Washa, Ryder Bearshield, Raelynn Bearshield, Valkyria Bear Runner and LaRayne Warledo, and numerous nieces and nephews and other family.
