Funeral Services for Jody King, 75, Clinton resident will be held 2:00 P.M., Sunday, October 8, 2017 in the Church of Christ, officiated by Patrick Peters and Ryan Driskill. A Private Burial will be held on Monday, October 9, 2017 in the Clinton Cemetery under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home. Dewilda Jo King was born April 9, 1942 to Russell Darling and Mavis (Mandrell) Darling in Clinton, Oklahoma and passed away Wednesday, October 4, 2017 in the Southwest Medical Center in Oklahoma City. "Jody" as she is known by her family and friends was raised in Clinton and graduated from Clinton High School in 1960. She was a "Stay At Home Mom" most of the years her children where in school as well as she did a Children's Day Care in her home. In later years she worked for the Head Start Program. She was married to Mr. Eddie King on August 30th, 1958 in Clinton. They made Clinton their home and they have been faithful and active members of the Church of Christ. She was active with the Ladies Lunch Bunch for many years. She collected Porcelain dolls and Santa Clauses. She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter, Pam Andrews, infant son, Michael John, two sons in law, Mark Howard and Fred Andrews. She is survived by her husband, Eddie, of the home, daughter, Melody Toma and husband, Kory, Chandler, OK, two sons, Scott King and wife, Holly, Yukon and Jeff King and wife, Jeanna, Clinton, sister, Debbie Smith and husband, Johnny, Weatherford. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, Elizabeth, Haley, Bryan, Brent, Randee, Karlee, Taylar, Corbyn, Jocelyn and Jeter and two great grand children, Faith and Reese.
