Funeral Services for Johnny F. Griffin, 42, Weatherford resident will be held 2:00 P.M., Monday, October 7, 2013 in the Kiesau Memorial Chapel, officiated by Dan Day, burial will follow in the Greenwood Cemetery in Weatherford, Oklahoma under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home. Johnny Frank James Griffin was born November 10, 1970 to Johnny Floyd and Carolyn (Rucks) Griffin in Clinton, Oklahoma and passed away Wednesday, October 2, 2013 in Oklahoma University Hospital in Oklahoma City resulting from an automobile accident. Johnny was raised in Weatherford and Clinton and graduated from Clinton High School in 1989. He had been employed with Williams Electric Company, he spent 13 years as a Custer County Jailer in Arapaho, Shamburg's Sporting Goods and his last position is with Weatherford Fishing and Rental Oilfield Supply. He was an avid fisherman, hunter and he custom made knives for a hobby. He was preceded in death by his father, Johnny Griffin, his grandparents, Emma Griffin and Floyd Griffin, Gertrude Rucks and Charles Walker Rucks, his cousin, Rowdy Perry. He is survived by his mother, Carolyn Kitchens, Weatherford, two sisters, Radonda Western and her husband, Ken, Weatherford, OK, Darla Cheek and husband, Jeff, of Oklahoma City, OK. He is also survived by two nieces, Chanda Kitchens, OKC, OK and Kristina Hurt and husband, Kyle, Hydro, nephew, Tyler Morgan, of Hinton, OK, and a great-niece, Trinity Hurt.
