Funeral services for Joseph Lynn Goin Sr., 60, have been set for 1:00 PM, Wednesday January 7, 2015, at the Oasis Church in Watonga, OK, and Wake service is set for 7:00 PM Tuesday at the same church, with Monte Michaelson and Dwight MCGee officiating, burial will be in the Clinton City Cemetery under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home. Joseph was born October 13, 1954, in Denton, Texas, to James Williams and Josephine (Hopper) Goins, and passed away Friday January 2, 2015 in his home in Watonga, OK. He was raised in Nacona, Texas and attended Nacona Indian School where he graduated in 1973. He proudly served in the United States Army and retired from the Military in 1995 with 21 years of service to his country. He married Miss Quannah B. Milligan on April 7, 2007 in Watonga, OK. Joseph was a member of the Masons, VFW, American Legion, and a lifetime member of the DAV. He loved golfing, watching sports, and was especially was proud of his Garden. He was the operations manager for the Lucky Star Casino in Watonga until he was to ill to work. Joseph was preceded in death by both parents and his daughter Kimberly Dawn Goin-Busch. Joseph is survived by his wife Quannah of the home, 2 daughters Kathy Goin of Cache, OK, and Jordan Goin of Yukon, OK 3 son Joseph Goins Jr, of Watonga, OK, Randall Rivers and wife Shaina, of Watonga, and Ryan Rivers and wife Denisse, of Fort Sill, OK and 2 God sons Cy Young Walters, and Clinton Levi Walters and 1 son in law Alvin Busch of Lawton, 2 mother in laws Norene Milligan and Lynda Milligan both of Clinton and 5 sisters: Linda Anderson and husband Randall of Sager, Texas, June Goin of Denton, TX, Ann Wilson and Keith Wilson, of Clinton, Nicole Tovar, of Clinton, and Anita Ford of Muskogee, OK; 3 brothers Giles Goin of Valley View, TX, James Goin III, of Denton, TX, and Douglas Milligan, Jr., of OKC, 1 Uncle Buddy Goin of Aubrey, TX, and 9 loving and amazing grandkids.
