A Chapel Service for Laura Heupel, 50, Burns flat resident will be held 2:00 Tuesday, July 27, 2014 in the Kiesau Memorial Chapel, officiated by Doyle Kinney and burial will conclude in the Clinton Cemetery under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home. Laura Ellen Heupel was born June 21, in Grove City, PA June 21, 1964 to Dan Cogswell and Geraldine L. (Hinds) Cogswell and passed away Friday, July 25, 2014 in her Burns Flat home. Laura was raised mostly in Wyoming but she graduated from high school in Rangeley, CO. She continued her education at the Burns Flat Vo-Tech School received her certificate of Licensed Practical Nurse. She was married to Terry Heupel on March 11,2013 in Cordell, OK and they had made their home in Burns Flat. She has been employed with the United Methodist Health Care Center for the past 6 years. She was preceded in death by her mother, Geraldine Cogswell and a granddaughter, Laura B. Blakley. She spending time with her family and spending time of the computer. She is survived by her husband, Terry, of the home, two daughters, Melody Brothers and husband, Shannon and Danielle Jones and husband, Dakota and a son, Stephen L. McDearmond; her parents Dan and Marilyn Cogswell and a brother, Dan E. Cogswell, Jr. and wife, Sarah; maternal grandparents, Frank and Lois Hinds and Paternal grandparents, C. Everett Cogswell and Laura McCarney. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, Catherine, Pantera, Aaron, Hannah, Harmony, Remington, Joanna and a grandson, Maverick that is due to arrive in September.
