Funeral Services for Linda R. Calder, 66, Clinton resident will be held 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, June 15, 2016 in the Kiesau Memorial Chapel officiated by Rev. Roy Dobbs. Burial will conclude in the Parkersburg Cemetery under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home. Linda Ruth Calder was born July 9, 1949 to Bob and Mable Ruth (Culver) Clinton in Salinas, California and passed away Friday, June 10, 2016 in the Integris Southwest Medical Center in Oklahoma City, OK. She was raised and attended school in Clinton. She married Charles S. Calder, Jr. June 12, 1966 in Clinton. They have made their home in Clinton except for a short time they spent in Massachusetts. She was employed at K-Mart and several years at Stuckey's. She spent many hours volunteering to transporting people to Oklahoma City and other places for Dr. Appointments and she volunteered for Opportunities, Inc. She was preceded in death by her parents, and a brother, David Clinton and a grandson Tristan Wayne Livermore. She enjoyed making Indian jewelry, and crocheting. She is survived by her husband, Charles, of the Clinton Veterans Center, two daughters, Sherrie Armstrong and husband, David, Mustang, Cindy Russell and husband, Gary, Grapevine, TX and a son, Charles Calder, III, Elk City, OK; brother, Bobby Clinton, and a sister in law, Sherry Clinton, both of Clinton. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
