Funeral Services for Louise “Collins” Bolden-Jones, 90, Clinton resident will be held Monday, January 9, 2023, in the Custer Ave. Church of Christ, Clinton, OK. Burial will follow in the Clinton Cemetery under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home.
Louise Collins was born to Ora Lee (Baskin) Collins and Hollie B. Collins, Sr., in Clearview, OK and Passed away Friday, December 30, 2022, in her Clinton home.
Louise married Albert Bolden on October 23, 1932, in Spencer, OK and later married Abner Jones on April 18, 1974, in Elk City, OK. She served the City of Clinton with a 15-year career with the Clinton Police Department.
She was a member of Christ Holy Sanctified Church in Clinton, OK and a licensed minister. She was a mother of the community who loved and helped anyone that came crossed her path. Her hobbies were fishing, sewing, crocheting and let’s not forget about her wonderful cooking. Her greatest love was children.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Hollie B. Collins, and Oral Lee (Baskin) Collins, Albert Bolden, Sr. and Abner Jones, daughter, Janice Bolden, three sons, Danny Bolden, Gary Bolden, and Anthony Bolden, six sisters and four brothers.
She is survived by 10 Children, Annie Malone, and Spouse of Ardmore, Ok, Garland Bolden and Spouse, of Mainz, Germany, Henry Bolden, Albert Bolden, III and Spouses, of Oklahoma City, Ok, Louise Windham, Larry Bolden, Nathaniel Bolden, Belinda Mbaneme, Perry Bolden, Charles Jones Sr, and spouses of Clinton, Oklahoma. Tara Bolden, Dementia Jones, Charles Jones, Jr., Reanne Jones who were all raised in her home.
She leaves behind 52 grandchildren, 118 great-grandchildren and 13 great-great grandchildren, five siblings and a host of nieces and nephews.
