Funeral Services for Lowell Price, 91, former Superintendent of the Clinton Cotton Oil Mill, will be held 2:00 Friday, December 9, 2016 in the First Baptist Church, officiated by Rev. Ben McDaniel. Burial will conclude in the Clinton Cemetery under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home. Lowell Olen Price was born July 18, 1925 to Clarence and Bessie (Carter) Price in La Casa, OK and passed away at his granddaughter's home Tuesday, December 06, 2016 in Clinton. Lowell was raised and attended school in Hollis, Oklahoma. At a young age he worked for the military during WWII and in 1945 he began a career with the Chickasha Cotton Oil Mill in Hollis, OK. He was married to Dorothy Marie Smith on July 20, 1946 in Hollis. They made their first home in Hollis and then he was transferred to Clinton in 1960 where he retired in 1990. He was a member of the Victory Baptist Church, he enjoyed spending time taking care of his cow's and chickens and his favorite past time was spending time with his grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, his first wife, Dorothy, infant grandson, Clarence Audie Price; four brothers and sisters, Lillian, Mildred, Ada Mae and Shelton. He is survived by his wife, Ramona Price, Harrah, OK, two sons, Bily Frank Price and wife, Beth, Clinton and Donald Ray Price and wife, Kathy, Edmond, OK; sisters, Mattie Pearl, Houston, TX and Oletta, Silverton, TX; two brothers, Buddy Price, and Doc Price, both of West Point, CA.
