Funeral Services for Loy D. Rigney, 68, Clinton resident will be held 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, February 22, 2017 in the Kiesau Memorial Chapel, officiated by Rev. Aldon Preston. Burial will conclude in the Clinton Cemetery under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home. Loy D. Rigney was born January 14, 1949 to Loy Otto Rigney and Dorothy (Johnson) Rigney in Hobart, Oklahoma and passed Saturday February 18, 2017 in the Grace Living Center in Clinton, Oklahoma. Loy was raised in Lez Buddy, Texas where he also went to school. He was drafted in to the U.S. Army in 1968 and served in Viet Nam. After his honorable discharge he returned to Hobart, OK. He worked for a grocery store and then moved to Santana, KS where he worked for the County. He moved back to Enid, Oklahoma and worked in the oil fields but he soon moved on to Clinton, OK where he was employed with Custer County District #1, retiring in 2000. He married Linell Foster June 17, 1982 in Wheeler, Texas also gained a brother n law and father n law Jess and wayne Foster of Clinton ,Oklahoma Loy was nicknamed "Tinker" because he was well known for his Tinkering; he enjoyed camping, hunting and fishing; he was a Royal Ranger and a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars. He is preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Mary Fay Smith. He is survived by his wife, Linell, of the home, daughter, Paula Jeanette Rigney, Mulberry, AR and son, Mike Rigney and wife, Kelly, Hope, AR; brother, Bobby Rigney, Clinton, OK and a daughter in love, Amber and husband Junior Wilhoit of Arapaho. OK. He is also survived by grandchildren, Kevin and Kris Rigney, of Hope Arkansas ,Trina Kaylor and husband Ron Kaylor ,of Mulberry Arkansas, Brent Wayne Willyard and wife, Ashley Willyard, Van Buren, AR, and Tabitha and Reed Wilhoit; great-grandchildren, Xaine, Andy, Tara and Damien Kaylor, Bridgette Darlene Willyard and Briana Marie Willyard.
