Funeral Services for Lydia Polly Black-Lacy will be held 2:00 P.M., Sunday, October 5, 2014 in the First Church of God, officiated by Rev. Roy Dobbs. Burial will conclude in the Arapaho Cemetery under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home. Lydia Polly (Seigrist) Black-Lacy was born October 6, 1938 to Curtle O. and Eleanor (Vaughn) Seigrist in Vian, Oklahoma and passed away Wednesday, October 1, 2014 in the OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City. Polly was raised in Clinton and attended Clinton Schools. She was married to Bobby G. Black, Sr. in 1955 in Clinton, OK. She worked in Medical Records with numerous home health care services. But she was better known as the owner and operator of the 183 Quick shop in Arapaho for over 20 years. She later married Bob Lacy on August 25, 1984 in Oklahoma City, OK. She was preceded in death by both husbands, a son, Sammy Black, a grandson, Joe Don Lacy and a sister, Louise Radke and a brother Earl Seigrist. She enjoyed reading, watching television, working crossword puzzles but most of all she enjoyed being with family. She is survived by two sons, Bob Black and wife Paula, of Yukon, OK and Steve Black and wife Melanie, of Scottsdale, AZ, two step sons, Dan Lacy and wife, Jan and Joe Bill Lacy and wife, Christy, two brothers, Milton Seigrist and wife, Connie, of Liberal, Kansas and Charles Seigrist and wife, Carol, of Kennesaw, GA, two sisters-in-law, Lucy (Kreizenbeck) Seigrist, Lawrence, KS and Chiquita (Jenkins) Seigrist, Hollis, OK. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren. The Family has suggested those wanting to give a memorial contribution may do so to the Cal Farley Boys Ranch or the American Cancer Society.
