Graveside Services for Mabel Anderson, 79 , former Butler resident, will be held 2:00 P.M., Monday, May 23, 2016 in the Butler Cemetery, officiated by Rev. Dale Nease and under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home. Mabel Louise (Archer) Anderson was born July 19, 1936 to H.R. and Rhoda Ellen (Davis) Archer in Butler, Oklahoma and passed away Friday, May 20, 2016 in Sterling House in Bethany, OK. Mrs. Anderson was raised in the Butler area where she graduated from Butler High School. She was married to Clyde Anderson and they made their home in Clinton for several years. She has been a resident of the Oklahoma City area. She is preceded in death by her husband, parents, grandson, Jon Paul Sumpter and a sister Mary Ann Hutson. She is survived by three daughters, Cynthia Fariss, Leedey, Patti Welbourne and husband Charlie, Silver Lake, KS, Melissa Dawn Collier and husband, Brad, Taloga, OK; son Clyde Anderson, Jr., OKC, OK; Rhodora Billie Taylor, Elk City, OK and brother, H.R. Archer and wife, Carolyn, Colorado. She is survived by 9 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
