Margaret Evayleen "Evelyn"

Funeral service for Margaret Evayleen "Evelyn" Riley, 81, long-time resident of Clinton, will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, February 21, 2014, in the First Christian Church in Clinton, and burial will conclude in the Clinton Cemetery under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home. Evelyn Riley was born on August 30, 1932, to John Francis and Mammie Ethel (Sadler) Kelley in Butler, Oklahoma and peacefully passed away Tuesday, February 17, 2014 at St. Francis Hospital, Tulsa, Oklahoma from end-stage emphysema. She is a member of First Christian Church in Clinton. She had been a member of the Christian Women's Fellowship. She served as an Auxiliary Volunteer for 13 years at Integris Clinton Regional Hospital and especially enjoyed working in the gift shop. In her younger years, she enjoyed playing golf, sewing, playing cards & games, and cooking family dinners during the holidays. She is preceded in death by her parents, twin infant sisters, Nola and Lola Kelley; a sister, Betty Kappel; a brother-in-law Gerald Cork; and a grandson, Clay Cabaniss. She is survived by a son, Bruce Richardson and his wife Brenda; a daughter, Karen Cabaniss and her husband Harve; a son Rick Riley and his wife, Fern; 6 grandchildren: Lori Rhoades and husband, Jason; Cole Cabaniss and wife, Lindsey; Levi Riley and wife, Angela; Amanda Straseske and husband, Jason, 14 great-grandchildren: Tyler, Jackson & Colby Rhoades, Allison & Micha Spivey; Annabelle, Georgia, Scarlett Rose & their baby brother due any day; RC Cabaniss; Savannah & Colten Riley; and Zack & Blake Straseske. The family is grateful for the kindness and care provided by the staff at Forrest Hill Care & Rehab Center in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, and Hospice at St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
