Graveside services for Margarita Rivas 54, former Clinton and Carnegie resident and now of Ft. Walton, FL, will be held 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, September 21, 2016 in the Carnegie Cemetery officiated by Pastor Doyle Warren and under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home. Margarita Guevara Rivas was born September 24, 1961 to Raymundo Salazar Gloria and Genoveva Guevara Gloria in Clinton, Oklahoma and passed away Sunday, September 11, 2016 in the Ft. Walton Beach Medical Center in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. Mrs. Rivas was raised in Carnegie, Oklahoma and graduated from Carnegie High School in 1980. She was married to Carlos Aurto Rivas July 21, 1984 in Anadarko, OK. She loved to cook and was employed at a local restaurant in Carnegie before moving to Clinton on 1993. She worked several years for the Branding Iron Restaurant as well as for local convenient stores. She moved to the Ft. Walton, FL where she worked for a commercial bill collector until failing health. She was preceded in death by her father. She loved her flowers, working in the yard; and she loved to cook for family and friends and was an avid fan of Oklahoma University Football. She is survived by her husband, Carlos, of the Florida home, mother, Genoveva Gloria, Clinton, daughter, Christina Rivas and husband, Thomas Roberts, Ft. Walton, FL, three sons, Carlos Rivas and wife, Shawna, Clinton, William Rivas and Manuel Rivas and wife, Deanna, all of Ft. Walton, FL; sister, Alicia Rodriguez, Clinton and Estella Lopez and husband, Rey, Carnegie, OK and three brothers, Steven Gloria, Clinton, Salvador Gloria, Elk City and Julio Gloria, Clinton. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
