A Mass of Christian Burial will be held for Maria Lopez, 65, Clinton resident will be held 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, November 3, 2020 in the St. Mary’s Catholic Church, officiated by Father Mandagiri Balaswamy. Burial will follow in the Clinton Cemetery under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home. A Rosary will be held 6:00 P.M., Monday, November 2, 2020 in the Kiesau Memorial Chapel Maria del Socorro (Grana) Lopez was born May 13, 1955 to Ernesto and Anna Maria (Sanchez) Grana in Santa Fe Coahuila, Mexico and passed away Wednesday, October 28, 2020 in the Integris Baptist Hospital in Oklahoma City. Maria was raised and attended school in Mexico. She married Apolinar Lopez in 1971 in Mexico. She was a stay at home housewife until moving to Clinton, Oklahoma in 1991. She began a career with Bar S. Foods and has been employed there till the present, for over 30 years. She was strong in her faith and was a member of the Catholic Church; she was an outstanding cook; loved to garden and work in her yard. She was preceded in death by her mother, Anna Maria Grana and two daughters, Hilda and Ana Lopez. She is survived by two daughters, Ricio Lopez Grana, and Ana Arida-Lopez, both of Clinton; four sons, Ernesto Lopez, Mexico, Sergio Lopez and wife, Celia Lopez, Clinton, Osbaldo Lopez, Mexico and Miguel Lopez, Clinton; her father, Ernesto Grana, Mexico; sisters, Gloria Grana, Martha Grana and brother, Anselmo Grana, all of Mexico. She is also survived by 24 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
