Marlin "Bo" Orange Sr.

January 31, 1954 — August 6, 2015

Funeral Services have been set for Marlin "Bo" Orange Sr., age 60, of Elk City, for 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, August 11, 2015, at the Assembly of God Church in Hammon, with Dolan Ivy, and Gerald Panana officiating, and under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Hammon Indian Cemetery. The wake will be at the Hammon Community Building Monday, August 10, 2015, starting at 7:00 P.M., and going all night. Bo was born January 31, 1954, in Clinton, Ok., to Walter and Ode Mae (Scabby) Orange, and passed away Thursday, August 6, 2015, in Oklahoma City. He was raised in the Hammon and Elk City areas, he attended school in Hammon. After he was out of school he joined the Army, were he served proudly for our country. He married Chloe Ann Fletcher in 1980, he worked at a Wild land firefighter. He loved to fight fires and OU football, and was a member of the Dog Soldiers Society. He was preceded in death by both his parents, and one Brother Gaylon Orange. He is survived by his wife Chloe Ann of the Home, 2 daughters, Sassone Beaver, and Sisseton Orange, both of Elk City, 2 Step daughters DeLynn Rodriquez, of El Paso, TX., and Claudia Williams, of Ponca City, 2 Adopted daughters, Trudy Fletcher, of Cheyenne, and Virginia Fletcher, of Hereford, TX., 2 sons Marlin Orange Jr., and David Orange, both of Elk City, 1 Stepson Clifford Williams, of Elk City, 1 Adopted son Matthew Paul Collins, of Canute, and one sister Earlene Miller, of Elk City.
