Martha E. Gonzalez

A Mass of Christian burial will be held for Martha E. Gonzalez, 72, Clinton resident will be held 11:00 A.M., Wednesday, November 20, 2013 in St. Mary's Catholic Church, officiated by Father Thomas Pudota and burial will follow in the Clinton Cemetery under the direction of the Stanley-Lee Funeral Home. Martha Evangelina Gonzalez was born June 24, 1941 to Castulo and Jovita (Escudero) Gonzalez in Chihuahua, Mexico and passed away Monday, November 18, 2013 in the Oklahoma University Hospital in Oklahoma City. Ms. Gonzalez was raised and attended her schooling in Creel Chihuahua, Mexico. She was married to Juan Gonzalez in Mexico. She has been a resident of the United States for the past 14 years. She was a member of the St. Mary's Catholic Church, she enjoyed traveling, cooking, watching soap operas and spending time with grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, Guillermo Gonzalez and two granddaughters, Dorian Rojo and Ana Karen Ayala. She is survived by four daughters, Cindy Janet Gonzalez, of Clinton, Laura Patricia Gonzalez, of Las Vegas, NM, Yolanda Gonzalez and Jovita Gonzalez, both of Mexico and two sons, Juan Carlos Gonzalez, Clinton and Oscar I. Gonzalez, of Oklahoma City; two sisters, Blanca Velia Gonzalez, of Veracruz, Mexico and Elvira Armenta, of Clinton, OK. She is also survived by seven grandchildren.
