Mildred Kinder

Funeral Services for Mildred Kinder, 84, Clinton resident will be held 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, February 5, 2013 in the Kiesau Memorial Chapel officiated by Rev. Bobby Stewart and burial will conclude in the Sappington Chapel Cemetery in Cowden under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home. Gloria Mildred (Coynor) Null-Kinder was born April 10, 1928 to William Henry Coynor and Elmira Jane (Roland) Coynor in Cordell, Oklahoma and passed away Friday, February 1, 2013 in her Clinton home. She was raised in Cordell and attended Cordell Schools. She married Elmer Null on July 4, 1945 in Cordell, Oklahoma. They made their home in Clinton where she was employed with Clinton Laundry and Cleaners. She later worked for the Tuberculosis Sanitarium in the housekeeping department and then Clinton Veterans Center where she retired after a combined total of 33 years of service in 1986. Mr. Null had preceded her in death in 1974 and she later married John Kinder on May 28, 1987. They continued to make their home in Clinton. They enjoyed traveling all over the United States. She was a faithful and active member of the Church of the Nazarene and she had also attended Westside Pentecostal Church for several years. She loved to do needle work, crochet, cross stitch, read and her passion was spending time with family. She was preceded in death by eight brothers and sisters, two infants and Jack Owens, Jewel Record, Dollie Keeton, Buddy Coynor, and Orena Hull. She is survived by her husband, John, of the home, daughter, Judy Stewart and husband, Bobby, Clinton and two sons, Leon Kinder and wife, Kathy and Earl Kinder, all of Clinton and a sister, Marie Newcomb, Perry Georgia. She is also survived by six grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and two great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
