Minnie Beall-Treadway Harder

A funeral service for Minnie Beall-Harder, 87, former Clinton resident will be held 2:00 Monday, September 15, 2014 in the Kiesau-Memorial Chapel, officiated by Michael Jennings. Burial will conclude in the Clinton Cemetery under the direction of the Keisau-Lee Funeral Home. Minnie Viola (Washburn) Treadway-Beall-Harder was born September 17, 1926 to William D. and Martha Emma (Phelps) Washburn in Morgan County, Alabama and passed away following a lengthy illness Wednesday September 10, 2014 in the Norman Regional Hospital in Norman, OK. Minnie was raised in Elk City and moved to Clinton at a young age. She was married to Zack Treadway on September 13, 1948 in Wheeler, TX. They made their home in Clinton. She was employed and owned local Restaurants. She was employed at the old Vic's Café and operated the Coffee shop associated with Grey Hound Bus Station. Mr. Treadway preceded her in death. She was later married to J.R Beall. She had also made her home in Cordell. She was married to Homer J. Harder on August 6, 1988 in Elk City, OK. They had made their homes in Clinton, Cordell and most recently in Norman, OK. She was a member of the Broadway Heights Baptist Church, she enjoyed being with her family and was a caregiver to many. She loved going to the Casino along with her husband Homer, she loved animals, especially her dogs. She was preceded in death by her first two husband's, her parents, seven sisters, including an infant sister, Ethel Kayser, Martha Davis, Ruby Fowler, Docas Stehr and Billie Jennings, four brothers, an infant brother, Derwood Washburn, Ed Washburn and Coleman Washburn. She is survived by her husband, Homer, of the home, two sons, Zack Treadway, and wife, Joni, of Norman, Jim Treadway and wife, Terry, of Tuttle, OK, two step-daughters, Anita Simmons, of Leavenworth, KS and Connie Glew, of Washington State, step son, Robert Harder, Cordell, OK. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, Mark Treadway, of Carnegie, Wayne Cryer, of TX, Travis Merriwether-Treadway, Burnet, TX, Taylor Treadway, of Tuttle, OK, Jennifer Robinson, of Cashion, OK Kristina Morrell, Bethany, OK and Teri Beth Wright, of Norman, OK; and 16 great-grandchildren and numerous other nieces and nephews and friends.
