Graveside services for Naomi Whitaker, 84, Clinton resident will be held 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, September 6, 2017 in the Clinton Cemetery officiated by Pastor David Worsham and under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home. Naomi Ruth Whitaker was born December 28, 1932 to George Lesher and Minnie (Helms) Lesher in Meramec, Oklahoma and passed away Saturday, September 2, 2017 in her Clinton home. Naomi was raised in Meramec, Oklahoma where she graduated from high school in 1950. She was married to Melvin Whitaker on December 28, 1950 in Meramec, OK. She was preceded in death by her parents, four sisters and four brothers. She is survived by her husband, Melvin Whitaker, Home, daughter, Melva Snider, Corn, OK; two sons, Terry Whitaker, Clinton and Tony Whitaker, of New Mexico; brother, Oscar Lesher, Crescent, OK. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, Sara Snider, Kari Roop, Luke Snider, Michael Whitaker, Alicia Whitaker and 4 great grandchildren, James Snider, Katelyn snider, Landen Roop, Mattison Roop.
