Services for Otto Jacob Ratke will be held 1:00P.M. Friday November 1, 2013 at the Trinity Lutheran Church officiated by Doyle Kinney and Rob Spicer. Burial will conclude in the Clinton Cemetery under the direction of Stanley-Lee Funeral Home.
