Funeral Services for Randy Lenaburg,73, Stillwater resident and formerly of Blackwell, OK, will be held 1:00 P.M., Saturday, January 29, 2022, in the Blackwell Church of Christ, officiated by Lanny Jobe. Burial will follow in the Peace Lutheran Cemetery in Bessie, OK under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home in Clinton, OK. Randall “Randy”Keith Lenaburg was born January 15, 1949, to Paul Lee Lenaburg and Betty (McCurley) Lenaburg in Cordell, OK and passed away Tuesday, January 25, 2022, in the Stillwater Medical Center in Stillwater, OK. Randall was raised in Cordell, OK where he attended Cordell Schools graduating in 1967. He was active in sports during high school and played football, basketball and baseball. He continued his education going to Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Weatherford where he received his Bachelor’s Degree and continued on to Oklahoma University in Norman, OK where he received his Master’s Degree in Education. He moved and accepted a position in Highland, IL. He married Lynda Kaye Botchlett on September 15, 1973, in Cordell, OK. They made their first home in IL but soon moved to Blackwell, OK where he began a career with Kay Electric Cooperative. Upon retirement he was serving as Public Relations Director. They have most recently moved to Stillwater, OK. He was an active and faithful member of the Church of Christ; he was an avid reader and loved history. He is preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife, Lynda Kaye, of the home; three daughters, Shauna Sweetser and husband, Kevin, Garland, TX, Deidra Sixkiller and husband, Greg, Blackwell, OK and Cory Littau and husband, Jeff, Stillwater, OK; brother, Brad Lenaburg and wife, Diane, Cape Girardeau, MO. He is also survived by six grandchildren, Blaine Sixkiller, Keirstin Sexton, Shelby McEntire, Colton Sweetser, Brock Littau and Landon Littau; great-grandchild, Kreed Sexton and Alexys McEntire.
