Rebecca Marie Murphy

A Private Graveside Service for Rebecca Murphy, 41, former Clinton resident will be held in the Clinton Cemetery officiated by her cousin Morris Hicks. Arrangements were made by the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home.

Rebecca Marie Murphy was born October 31, 1980 in Toledo, Ohio and passed away Saturday, October 1, 2022, in Lapalme, CA.

Becky was raised in Clinton, OK where she graduated from Clinton High School in 1999. She continued her education at the Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, OK and the University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond, OK. She received her bachelor’s degree in education. She specialized in on-line English. She spent about five years in Coweta, OK and most recently she lived in California.

She was a member of the First Baptist Church, she enjoyed painting, spending time with her children and she loved to cook.

She was preceded in death by her maternal Grandfather Jose L. Diaz grandmother, Juanita Diaz and paternal grandmother, Dixie Murphy.

She is survived by a daughter, Trinity Maher, LaPalme, CA, three sons, Roman Valle, River Valle and Renzi Nguyen, all of Oklahoma City, OK, her parents, Mary Murphy, Clinton, OK and Max Murphy and wife, Robin, Coweta, OK, sister, Amy Murphy, Coweta, OK and brother, J.M. Murphy, Tulsa, OK.
