Funeral Services for Robert "Bob" Yellow Eagle, 53, Norman resident, formerly of Weatherford will be held 1:00 P.M., Friday, April 17, 2015 in the First Christian Church in Clinton officiated by Rev. Ramus Hicks and Rev. Gerald Panana. Burial will conclude in the Green Wood Cemetery in Weatherford under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home. There will be an all-night wake service 7:00 P.M., Thursday, April 16, 2015 in the Cheyenne/Arapaho Community Building. Robert Darrell "Bob" Yellow Eagle, Sr., was born on Christmas Day, December 25, 1961 to Jerry Byers and Beulah Yellow Eagle (Penn) in Thomas, Oklahoma and passed away Sunday, April 12, 2015 in the Norman Regional Hospital in Norman, OK. Bob was raised and attended school in Weatherford. He has done construction and masonry work all over the United States. He has made his home in Clinton, Oklahoma and has lived in Norman since 1995. He is survived by mother, Beulah Penn, of Clinton, his father, Jerry Byers, of California; his companion of 29 years and the mother of his children, Emma Hamilton, of the home; son, Robert Yellow Eagle, Jr., and his wife, Angela; five daughters, Cathy Yellow Eagle and husband, Juan Sanchez, Grace Yellow Eagle, Beth Yellow Eagle, Skylene Yellow Eagle and Cheyenne Hamilton, all of Norman; four sisters, Carmen Gray, Clinton, Betsy Noah and husband, Anthony, Broken Bow, Sue Huett and husband, John, Clinton and Teresa Wall and husband, Kim, of Choctaw and one brother, Michael Yellow Eagle, Clinton. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
