Funeral Services for Ronald L. Hewitt, 72, Fay resident will be held 1:00 P.M. Thursday, August 24, 2017, in the Oakwood Gymnasium in Oakwood, OK, officiated by Rev. Shane Sander. Burial will follow in the Oakwood Memorial Cemetery under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home. Ronald Leo Hewitt was born June 13, 1945, to Forrest and Betty (Wright) Hewitt in Thomas, Oklahoma and passed away Sunday, August 20, 2017, in his Fay home. Mr. Hewitt was raised in Oakwood, OK and graduated High school in 1964. He continued his education before working for Enogex Oil Company and he retired after 30 years of service. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister Karen Gleason. Ronald was a member of the Oakwood First Assembly of God Church. He enjoyed playing golf, softball and spending time with his grandchildren. He is survived by his wife, Donna of the home, two daughters, Christie Benton and husband Todd of Woodward, OK, Stacey Hamilton of Moore, OK, two sons, Ronnie Hewitt, Jr. and Patty Smith of Woodward, OK, Kyle Hewitt of Oakwood, OK, step son, Chad Eddings, Mound of Minnesota, two step-daughters, Tonya Hileman of Oklahoma City, OK and Amber Wilhoit and husband, Jr. of Arapaho, OK. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Leann, Melinda, Shelby, Jordan, Alecia, Andrew, Caleb, Tabitha, Durand, Annmarie, JaeLea, Reid, and two great-grandchildren, Britany and Skylann.
