Rose (Rosie) Marie Ernst

Funeral Services for Rosie Ernst, 80, Clinton resident will be held 10:00 AM, Wednesday, March 20, 2024, in the Kiesau Memorial Chapel, officiated by Doyle Kinney. The burial will conclude in the Clinton Cemetery under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home.

Rose “Rosie” Marie Ernst was born September 6, 1943, to John F. Rehder and Rose Adaline (Moore) Rehder in Clinton, OK and passed away Thursday, March 14, 2024, very unexpected in her Clinton home.

Rosie was raised in Clinton, OK where she graduated from Clinton High School in 1961. She went on to beauty college to achieve a certificate in cosmetology.

She married Marvin Ernst on April 30, 1971, in Clinton, OK.

Rosie was a stay-at-home mom and housewife. She enjoyed playing cards, bowling, camping and the outdoors and spending time with family and being with her grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, two brothers, Johnny Rehder and Mike Rehder and niece, Lori Parr.

She is survived by three daughters, Tina Ernst and Shaun Reinschmiedt, Angie Christian, and Kristi Ernst, of Clinton and son, Jordan Ernst and wife, Shayna, of Weatherford, sister, Peggy Keeney, of Clinton and, two brothers, Billy Rehder and wife, Linda, Enid, OK, Mike Ball and wife, Dianna Sand Springs, OK.

She is also survived by eight grandchildren, Jacob Hamlett, Jessica Hamlett, Derick Witherspoon, Calyn Christian, Joseph Ernst, Amari Ernst, Ayva Ernst, Adaline Ernst, and Achilles Ernst
