Royal Dupree Turner

Funeral Services for Royal Turner, 16, Clinton High School youth, will be held 1:00 P.M., Monday, August 5, 2019 in the Cheyenne Arapaho Community Building east of Clinton officiated by Delfred "Bunny" Whiecrow. Burial will follow in the Clinton Cemetery under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home. A traditional wake service will be held 7:00 P.M. Sunday, August 4, 2019 in the Community Building. Royal Dupree Turner was born August 18, 2002 to James Turner and Charlene Harington in Clinton, Oklahoma and passed away Monday July 29, 2019 at the Oklahoma University Medical Center in Oklahoma City. Royal was raised and attended school in Clinton, he would have been a junior in high school this 2019 school year. He was active playing basketball, video games and he loved music. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Leora Bell and James L. Turner, Sr. and Naomi Fern Hill and Charles Harington. He is survived by parents, James Turner, Jr., and Charlene Harington, two sisters, Natasha Turner and Angela Montono, all of Clinton; six brothers, Ramon Montono, Clinton, Luther Turner, Oklahoma City, James Turner, III, OKC, Kristian Turner, Chicago, IL, Art Lloyd, Clinton and James Lloyd, Cordell.
