Rudene Goucher

Funeral Services for Rudene Goucher, 92, Clinton resident will be held 2:00 P.M., Saturday, June 25, 2016 in the First Church of God, officiated by Rev. Roy Dobbs, and Rev. Greg Hill. Burial will follow in the Clinton Cemetery under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home. Zelma Rudene Goucher was born August 10, 1923 to Joseph and Gladys (Dale) Sipes in Guion, AR and passed away Tuesday, June 21, 2016, at Methodist Health Care Center in Clinton, Oklahoma. Mrs. Goucher was raised west of Bessie, OK and attended school in Burns Flat. She was married to James LaForrest Goucher on October 20, 1944 in Clinton. They have made their home in Clinton and she was employed with TG&Y Stores, she managed Ashel/s Outlet Store and worked for K-Mart Stores. She is preceded in death by her parents, a daughter, Sherry Peden and three sisters, Ethel Reinschmiedt, Velma Reinschmiedt and Georgia Twyman. She is a member of the First Church of God. She is survived by her husband, Forrest, of the home, son, Monte Goucher and wife Lesa, of Clinton and two brothers, Richard Sipes, Alma, Arkansas and Francis Sipes, Elk City. She is also survived by two grandchildren, Mitchell and Garrett Goucher and two great-grandchildren, James and Hunter Goucher.
