Carol Waters and burial will conclude in the Clinton Cemetery under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home. Sandra Faye (Bishop) Clem-Burtis was born December 2, 1943 to Gaither and Miller (Leonard) Bishop in Camargo, Oklahoma and passed away from the life on Wednesday, September 19, 2012 in the Mercy Hospital in Oklahoma City, OK.
