Sharon "Sherry" Trowbridge

A Memorial Service for Sharon "Sherry" Trowbridge, 70, Clinton resident will be held 10:00 A.M., Thursday, January 5, 2017 in the Kiesau Memorial Chapel officiated by Rev. Buck Nicholson. Burial will conclude in the Mound Valley Cemetery in Thomas, OK under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home. Sharon Kay (Daniels) Trowbridge was born September 7, 1946 to Raymond and Norma Daniels in Fordland, MO and passed away early Friday, December 30, 2016 in the Grace Living Center in Clinton, OK. "Sherry" was raised in Springfield, Missouri and graduated from Springfield High School in 1964. She moved to Oklahoma soon after she was married to Al J. Trowbridge on September 3, 1966 in Harrison, AR. They made their first home in Custer City and she worked for the Custer City Grocery Store and the Sun Set Station. She later became co-owner of the Moppets Cleaning Business during the oil boom. She attended Arleen's Beauty College and owned shop's in Clinton. She had also been employed at the Turf Club and at the Dairy Best. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, sister, Katherine Daniels Looney and two brothers, Wayne Daniels and Mike Daniels. She enjoyed fishing, playing BINGO, hand work; she enjoyed sports and loved to play softball and bowling. She is survived by a daughter, KaRhea Butler, Clinton, son, Al J. Trowbridge, Jr. and wife, Diane, Bessie, OK; brother Danny Daniels and wife, Gale, Clever, MO. She is also survived by four grandchildren.
