Sharron Maye Ladd

Funeral Service for Sharron Ladd, 78, well known pharmacy technician in Clinton, will be held 10:00 A.M., Monday, February 14, 2022, in the Kiesau Memorial Chapel, officiated by Doyle Kinney and under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home. Sharron Maye Ladd was born June 6, 1943, to Tom Ladd, Jr. and Lila Mae (Hicks) Ladd in Boonville, AR and passed away early Wednesday, February 9, 2022, in her Clinton home. Sharron started her young life in Booneville, AR and moved to Clinton with her parents in 1952. She attended Clinton Public School and graduated in 1961. As a teenager she worked for Ralph’s Truck Stop along with her mother and sister, Carolyn. After graduation she was employed several years with Nall’s Discount Store, and she helped with the family taxi business for several years until its closing. For the past 32 years she was employed with S&D Drug Store, retiring in 2020, as a pharmacy technician. She loved to read, go to Southwest Playhouse and watch the productions and spending time with her nieces and nephews. Sharron was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents. She was the “Rock” of the family and will be greatly missed by her two sisters, Carolyn Bradley, Batesville, AR and Carla Suitor, Clinton; two brothers, Tommy Ladd, and Charles Ladd, both of Clinton; nieces and nephews, Lee Harmon (Christie), Frances Altman (Charlie), Tommy Ladd II (Lori), Bobby Suitor (Rhonda) and Micaela Marquez (Joel) and a host of great-nieces and nephews.
