Shirley Watkins, 77, Arapaho resident passed early Wednesday, March 8, 2023, in her Arapaho home. The family will be doing a private graveside service in the Arapaho Cemetery officiated by Rev. Wendell Folsom and under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home.
Shirley June Watkins was born April 27, 1945 to Ford Samuel Andrews and Ida Belle (Scruggs) Andrews in Clinton, OK.
She was married to Arbie D. Watkins on August 5, 1961 in Clinton and they have made Arapaho their resident.
