A Graveside service for Susan Jordan, 49, former Clinton resident will be held 2:00 P.M., Thursday, May 15, 2014 in the Peace Lutheran Cemetery, officiated by Dr. Jerry Jordan and Rev. Roland Youngberg and burial will be under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home. Susan Jordan was born July 13, 1964 in Clinton, Oklahoma and passed away early Monday, May 12, 2014 in her Clinton home. Susan was raised in Clinton and attended Clinton Public Schools. She loved to play golf, when in high school she tried out for the Men's Golf Team and won a position. In 1981 the Clinton Tornadoes went all the way to State and placed third, she also achieved in basketball. She continued her education at Oklahoma City University in Oklahoma City and graduated with a foreign language degree, speaking three foreign languages. She moved to Florida for a short time and then to New York and attended Culinary School and became a Sous Chef. She has served many famous people and movie stars, including Walter Cronkite, Kirk Douglas, Al Pacino while working at Planet Hollywood, she has also cooked for Rudy Giuliani at the New York Governor's Mansion. She was a member of the United Methodist Church, she loved playing golf and watching the Yankees and the Dallas Cowboys. She is preceded in death by her biological father, Gordon Stehr, an infant sister, Charlotte Stehr, grandparents, Alfred and HuldaStehr, Opal Abercrombie and Marshall and Faye Jordan and Uncle Charlie Abercrombie. She is survived by her parents, John and Judy Jordan, of Clinton, a sister, Jamie Miller and husband, Louie, of Oklahoma City, OK and two brothers, Derek Jordan, Yukon and Tony Jordan and wife, Stacey, Midwest City, OK and Kim Jordan, Oklahoma City. She is also survived by three nieces, Carley Miller, Ashtyn Jordan and Ryleigh Jordan; Aunt, Dr. Joella Utley, of Spartanburg, SC and Uncle Dr. Jerry Jordan and his wife, Gayle, Woodland Park, CO and special friends and caregivers, Sherilyn Faulk, OKC, OK and Cindy Box of Clinton. The family has suggested those wanting to give a memorial contribution may do so to the Shepherd Home Health and Hospice, 525 South 30th Street, Clinton, OK or Clinton's First United Methodist Church. The family will greet guest and friends at the funeral Home 5:00 P.M. till 7:00 P.M., Wednesday, May 14, 2014.
