Private Funeral Services for Teofilo S. Zuniga, 60, Clinton resident will be held for family only in the Kiesau Memorial Chapel, officiated by Pastor Jessie Musick and burial will conclude in the Clinton Cemetery under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home. Teofilo Salazar Zuniga was born October 31, 1960 to Pedro S. Zuniga and Enedina (Salazar) Zuniga in Durango, Mexico and passed away Saturday, November 28, 2020 in the Siloam Springs Regional Hospital in Siloam Springs, AR. Teofilo was raised in Mexico where he attended his schooling. He worked doing farm labor until moving to the United States in 1977. He first moved to Texas and then to Clinton, Oklahoma in 1978. He worked with a seismograph crew before going into the oilfields. He married Sylvia Guajardo May 25, 1982 in Arapaho, OK and they made Clinton their home. He has been employed with Bar-S Foods since 1982 till the present. He is preceded in death by his parents, three sisters, Uvaldina S. Zuniga, Maria S. Zuniga and Juana S. Zuniga; brother, Jesus S. Zuniga. He is a member of the Catholic Church; he loved sports and playing baseball, softball, weightlifting and enjoyed watching Spanish Soap Operas. He is survived by his wife, Sylvia Suniga, of the home, two daughters, Severa Suniga, Rosario Wraspir, both of Clinton; son, Teofilo S. Zuniga, Jr., Clinton and Rodrigo Suniga, Arapaho, OK; two sisters, Paula S. Zuniga, Mexico and Romana S. Zuniga, Edmond; three brothers, Gustavo S. Zuniga, Mexico, Sergio S. Zuniga, Clinton and Hector S. Zuniga, Arapaho. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
