Funeral Services for Timmy McGee, 70, Clinton resident, will be held 1:00 P.M., Thursday, December 3, 2020 at First Christian Church Clinton, Oklahoma, officiated by Jeff Johnson. Burial will follow in the Center Point Cemetery in Aledo, OK (near Leedey) under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home. Timmy Travis McGee was born September 20, 1950 to Travis McGee and Johnnie Bob (Rollins) McGee in Hollis, Oklahoma and passed away Monday, November 30, 2020 in the Alliance Clinton Emergency Room. Timmy was raised in Hollis, OK and graduated from Hollis High School in 1968. He married Sherrill Crispin March 23, 1971 at the home of her parents in Leedey, OK. He continued his education at Southwestern Oklahoma State University and in 1973 he received his degree in Hospital Administration and Biology. He has worked for Duke Energy for the past 45 years where he recently retired. He is a member of the First Christian Church, he enjoyed fishing, quail hunting, and his time on the farm, playing with his grandchildren, mowing and his passion was working. His favorite quote came from Wyatt Earp, “There is no such thing as a normal life, there is just life”. He is preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife, Sherrill, of the home; daughter Selina McGee and husband Adam Vogel, of Edmond, OK; son, Justin McGee and wife, Julie, Amarillo, TX; sister, Terri Orr and husband Jerry, Mineral Wells, TX; brother Tom McGee and wife, Sandra, Edmond., OK. He is also survived b y four grandchildren, Riley McGee, Conner McGee, Evey Vogel and Emery Vogel.
