Funeral Services for Travis Kauley, Jr., 43, Clinton resident will be held 11:00 A.M., Wednesday, September 7, 2022, in the Koinonia Indian Mennonite Cemetery, officiated by Pastor’s Delfred Whitecrow and Susan Hart. Burial will follow in the Hammon Indian Mennonite Cemetery in Hammon, OK under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home.
A Traditional all nite wake service will be held stating 7:00 P.M., at the Koinonia Indian Mennonite Church.
Travis Anthony Kauley, Jr. was born September 26, 1978, to Calvin Anthony Kauley and Veda Ridgebear in Clinton, OK but do to circumstances he was adopted and raised by his mother’s twin sister, Freda (Ridgebear) Hatch and Mark Hatch, Sr. He passed away very unexpectedly on Friday, September 2, 2022, in Clinton, OK.
Travis was raised in Hammon where he also attended school. He has made his homes in Hammon, Ponca City, Elk City and Clinton. Travis was a Fire Fighter for the Black Kettle Team and an active EMT worker.
He was a member of the Gourd Clan with the Circle Keepers and enjoyed spending time with his frineds.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Mark Hatch, Jr. and Melissa Hatch.
He is survived by his five sons, Teral Kauley, Trevor Kauley, Tommy Kauley, Travis Kauley, Jr., and Trial Kauley; sisters, Amy Tyree Ridgebear and Melanie Moore; brothers, Bill Reed, Michael Hatch, Justin Ridgebear and LaShawn Romannose and numerous cousins and other relatives.
