Trica Stratmoen

Graveside services for Trica (Ratke) Stratmoen, 58, former Clinton resident will be held 2:00 P.M., Monday, March 13, 2017 in the Clinton Cemetery officiated by Rev. Roy Dobbs and under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home. The family will greet guest for a viewing 2:00 P.M., till 6:00 P.M., Sunday, March 12, 2017 at the Kiesau-lee Funeral Home. Trica Ann (Ratke) Stratmoen was born on August 3, 1958 in Clinton, OK to Jake and Louise Ratke. She passed away in her Oklahoma City home and was called eternally home on March 7, 2017 after a lengthy illness. Teresa as she was known by family and friends was the oldest of three daughters. Teresa grew up and went to school in Clinton, OK, graduating from Clinton High School in 1976. She retired from Federal Civil Service in 2003 after 25 years of service. Teresa is survived by her husband Lief Stratmoen of Oklahoma City, two sisters, Elizabeth Hamlin and husband, Steve, of Norman, OK and Patricia Ratke and husband, Gary Brock, of Clinton, OK; five children, Evelyn Stratmoen of Manhattan, KS, Angie Weil and husband, Chris of Clinton, OK, Barbara Tipps ;and husband, Chris of Cache, OK, Austin Aispuro of Weatherford, OK, and William Stratmoen of Manhattan, KS; and three grandchildren. She was an active member of the Zion Lutheran Church in Oklahoma City, OK; she enjoyed genealogy, cooking, knitting, gardening, and working with children in Preschool and Sunday School. Her life could be characterized by love of God and family, and service to others. A memorial service has been pLanned 10:30 A.M., Saturday March 18, 2017 at the Zion Church in Oklahoma City, officiated by Pastor Ronald Christie. In Lieu of flowers the family has requested memorial contributions be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital in Trica's Name.
