A Mass of Christian Burial for Vanessa Mendoza-Sierra, 26, former Clinton resident will be held 10:00 A.M. Thursday, October 2, 2014 in the St. Mary's Catholic Church, officiated by Father Thomas Pudota. Burial will conclude in the Clinton Cemetery under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home. A Rosary will be held 5:30 P.M., Wednesday, October 1, 2014 in the Kiesau Memorial Chapel. Vanessa Mendoza was born October 26, 1987 to Jesus and Maria Cruz (Velasquez) Mendoza in Clinton, Oklahoma and passed away Friday, September 26, 2014 in an automobile accident on I-40 near Hinton, Oklahoma. Mrs. Sierra was raised in Clinton and graduated from Clinton High school in 2006. She continued her education at Heritage Hall Community College and received her certificate in Massage Therapy. She was married Cesar Sierra on October 3, 2014 in Oklahoma City. For the past two years she has worked for the Oklahoma City School System as a Teacher's Assistant at the Webster Middle School. She was a member of the St. Mary's Catholic Church, she enjoyed going to Mexican Dances and Photographing animals. She is survived by her husband, Cesar of the Oklahoma City home, her parents, Jesus and Maria Mendoza, of Clinton, two sisters, Jessica Louthan and husband, Davy, of Arapaho, OK and Jennifer Tovar and husband Omar, of Aubrey, TX; Paternal Grandmother, Petra Romo, of Clinton and Maternal Grandparents, Felipe and Melinda Velasquez, of Nuevo Progresso, Tam, Mexico. She is also survived by six nieces and nephews, Lorenzo Tovar, Sebastian Sambrano, Gisselle Tovar, Josiah Sambrano, Isiac Tovar and Alexa Sambrano.
