Vera Mae Crawford - Dickson

Funeral Services for Vera Mae Crawford-Dickson, 71, Clinton resident will be held 1:00 P.M., Saturday, March 29, 2014 in the Bethany Baptist Church officiated by Pastor Darin Favors and Rev. Billy Mucker and under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home. Vera Mae Favors was born May 22, 1942 to A.D. and Bertha Favors in Vernon, TX and passed away Thursday, March 20, 2014 in the Integris Clinton Regional Hospital in Clinton, Oklahoma. Vera was raised in Vernon, TX and attended school there. She moved to Clinton in 1973 and she was employed with Clinton laundry as well as working as a cook at the Methodist Health Care Center. She is a member of the Gospel Lighthouse in Oklahoma City and she was well known for her good cooking. She was preceded in death by her parents, a son, Freddie Lee Crawford, Jr., Vincent Dale Crawford, Christopher Douglas Crawford, and a grandson, Freddie Wayne Crawford. She is survived by six daughters, Jerelyn Crawford, OKC, Joy Cutter and husband, Ronald, Houston, TX, Carlas Crawford, Kenya Crawford, Tena Crawford, and Latisha Davis, all of OKC, OK and a son Michael Crawford, and wife Belinda Thompson, of Clinton. She is also survived by grandchildren and Great-grandchildren.
