William Keith Roush

A Chapel Service for William K. Roush, 75, Clinton resident will be held 2:00 P.M., Monday, December 14, 2015 in the Kiesau Memorial Chapel, officiated by Pastor Scott Page. Burial will conclude in the Clinton Cemetery under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home. William Keith Roush was born December 27, 1939 to Guy and Thea Mabel (Carmay) Roush in Taloga, OK and passed away Wednesday, December 9, 2015 in the Canadian Valley Hospital in Yukon, OK. Mr. Roush was raised in Putnam by his mother and step-father, Henry Hammar and he attended Putnam Schools. He began farming at a young age to help to provide for the family. He was married to Emmie Delphine O'Neal on April 13, 1959 in Woodward, OK. He worked in farm labor until he moved to Clinton in 1966. He has been in the trucking business for several years, specializing in hauling Rock and Asphalt. He retired in 2005. He was preceded in death by his parents, his father, his mother, and step-father, a brother, Joe Roush and a sister Zelma Langley. He was a member of the New Hope Fellowship Church, he enjoyed dirt track racing, NASCAR and the outdoors and in his younger years he enjoyed going to the lake going to the lake. He is survived by his wife, Delphine of the home, a daughter, Beverly Dearborn and husband, Tray, of Clinton, two sons, Gaylon Roush and wife, Margie, Elk City and Ricky Roush and wife, Tracy, Clinton; three sisters, Chrystal McSparen and husband Art, Shawnee, Dixie Hohrman, Clinton and Thelma, OKC, OK. He is also survived by six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
